One piece of soft, matte knitted polyester, dye-sublimated edge to edge, so the colour is in the fibre, not sitting on top. No glare under hall lights, no sheen in photos, and it goes in the wash at 30°C after the show.

The fit

The front and both ends go all the way to the floor, so the table legs and the boxes underneath disappear.

Six things to get right on a cloth.

Use the template

Design over the 3300 × 1800mm template. Every zone and fold is marked. Hide the guide layer before you export.

Front panel first

The 1829 × 735mm front panel is the hero. Put the logo and the one line you want remembered there, centred, big.

Fill it edge to edge

Run the background over the whole sheet. The ends and back are on show; white gaps look like a mistake.

Mind the corners

The four 735mm corner squares fold under the table. Nothing important in them.

Scale and resolution

PDF at 1:1 or half size, 150dpi at full size. AI, EPS and high-res JPEG are fine. A person checks every file before it prints.

Bold colour, flat file

Fabric softens fine detail, so go bold. Flatten transparency before you export and what you see is what you get.

Why isn't there same day or collection?

Table cloths are printed and sewn on a fabric press and sent straight to you, not made in our SE1 shop. So there's no same-day option and nothing to collect. Missed 11am? Email hello@rapidprintpro.com and we'll see what we can do.

What size table does it fit?

A standard 6ft trestle: 1829 × 762mm, 735mm high. The cloth is 3300 × 1800mm flat. On a 5ft table it fits with a little extra fabric at the ends.

Does it go to the floor all round?

On the front and both ends, yes. The back has a 300mm drop so you can sit at the table and keep stock underneath. Need it closed all round? Email us for a quote.

What's it made of?

Soft, matte knitted polyester. The ink is dye-sublimated into the fibres, so it doesn't crack, peel or rub off, and there's no glare under hall lighting.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Machine wash at 30°C with no detergent, don't tumble dry, and steam or iron it on the reverse. It'll do a whole season of events.

Is the whole cloth printed?

Yes, edge to edge across the full 3300 × 1800mm. Full colour, all-over patterns and big logos all cost the same.

Can I order a matching set?

Up to five per order, all printed from the same file on the same run, so the colour matches across every table. Six or more, or a different design per table: email hello@rapidprintpro.com.

Do you sell the table?

Not on the site yet. Email hello@rapidprintpro.com if you need a 6ft folding table and we'll quote it.

No artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Send your logo, colours and any wording to hello@rapidprintpro.com and we'll lay it out on the template and send a proof.

Are prices ex VAT?

Yes. £101 or £73 per cloth ex VAT, plus £6.99 tracked delivery. 20% VAT is added at checkout. The price box at the top shows both.
