Stretch walls, LED light boxes, table cloths and flags are next working day, with an 11am cutoff. All cutoff times.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, PNG, JPEG and TIFF. PDF gives the cleanest result. Uploads up to 1GB.
What should I check before I send artwork?
- Resolution: 300dpi at full size
- Colour: CMYK, not RGB
- Bleed: so nothing white shows at the trim
- Format: PDF, PNG or JPEG
A person checks every file before it prints and flags anything that needs fixing. Artwork specs.
What are bleed and safe area?
Bleed is the extra 3mm of background past the edge that gets trimmed off, so you never see a white sliver. The safe area is the zone inside the edge where text and logos belong. Not sure? Ask, we'll talk you through it.
I'm not happy with my order. What now?
We'll put it right. Email hello@rapidprintpro.com, use the live chat, or ring 020 7078 0380.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Most of Europe is next day via DHL, and plenty of clients order from abroad for delivery to London venues and hotels. International delivery.
