Same-day London is a dedicated courier, not a network service — your job is collected from us and driven straight to you rather than passing through a depot overnight. That’s the difference between £6.99 tomorrow and from £45 within hours: one is a van in the DPD network, the other is a rider leaving our door with only your job on board.

Collect free from 27 Tabard Street, London SE1 4LA — two minutes from Borough station and inside the Congestion Charge zone. We’ll text you as soon as your order is boxed and ready, so you’re not standing about waiting for it.
Delivering to an exhibition? Venues only accept deliveries during defined build-up windows, and they need the stand number plus an on-site mobile number. We’ve written guides for ExCeL London, Olympia London and the Business Design Centre.
Delivery to Europe
UK companies exhibiting at European shows are one of the things we handle most often. Print in London and ship straight to the venue — next day to most European destinations via DHL.
Cost depends on weight, size and where it’s going, so we confirm it per job rather than guessing at checkout. Email hello@rapidprintpro.com and we’ll come back with a firm price the same working day.
Four things to include in your email
Send these and we can price it straight away instead of going back and forth:
- What you’re ordering — product and quantity. A single roller banner and a pallet of brochures are very different shipments.
- The full destination address, including country and postcode. If it’s a venue, add the event name and stand number.
- The date it must arrive by — not the date the show opens. Build-up is usually a day or two earlier, and that’s your real deadline.
- A contact name and mobile at the destination. DHL won’t leave a consignment on a stand without someone to sign for it.
Customs, briefly. European shipments need a commercial invoice and a customs declaration — we handle that paperwork. Depending on the destination and the value of the goods, import duty or VAT may be payable on arrival. We’ll tell you which applies when we quote, so nobody gets an unexpected bill at the door.
Why print here rather than ship from home
If you’re travelling to a European show, freighting graphics across the continent means paying for bulk and hoping nothing arrives crushed. Printing in London and shipping flat or rolled is usually cheaper, faster and far less likely to be damaged. And if artwork changes at the last minute, we can reprint and re-ship rather than you finding out on stand.

How much is delivery to Europe?

Can you deliver to a European exhibition stand?
Yes, and it’s a large part of what we do. We need the venue address, event name, stand number, the date it must arrive by, and a contact with a mobile at the destination. Bear in mind most European venues, like UK ones, only accept deliveries during build-up.
Which carriers do you use?
DPD for UK next-day and timed services, DHL for Europe, and a dedicated courier for same-day work in London. Every order is tracked and the tracking number is emailed to you when it leaves us.
What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?

Yes — £19.99 via DPD Saturday services for UK addresses. Select it at checkout and order by Friday’s cutoff. For events we can often arrange a Saturday courier in London too — call 020 7078 0380 to set it up.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order is collected by the carrier. Same-day London courier jobs get live tracking and a delivery confirmation.
