300dpi at the finished size for anything held in the hand. Large format seen from a distance is more forgiving, but send the best you've got. No screenshots or images saved from WhatsApp.

Bleed is extra background past the edge that gets trimmed off, so no white sliver shows. Most print needs 3mm on every side. The safe area is the zone inside the edge where text and logos belong, usually 3mm in. Roller banners and stretch walls have their own templates. Artwork specs.

CMYK if you can. If you send RGB we'll convert it, but bright screen colours, especially neon greens and electric blues, will print a touch duller.

Yes. Download as PDF Print and tick Crop marks and bleed. That gets you most of the way.

Every file, by a person, before it prints. We look for low resolution, missing bleed and text too near the trim, and we flag problems before anything runs.

Allow 0.135mm per leaf (one leaf is two pages). A 32pp booklet needs a 2.16mm spine. Use our templates and it's worked out for you.
